Jessica is Cali’s mom and the President & Chair of Cali’s Courage Foundation. She brings a deep sense of purpose shaped by both her professional experience and her life as a mom of two.

With a background in sales and leadership, Jessica excels at building meaningful relationships, aligning people around a shared mission, and creating structure that drives impact. Her passion is on connecting with families, community partners, and supporters while helping guide the foundation’s vision and growth.

Jessica is also a proud mom to her 7-year-old son, Cash.

 At the heart of everything Jessica does is her family. Through Cali’s Courage, she feels deeply honored and grateful to have transformed one of her family’s most difficult chapters into purpose, passion, and meaningful action. 

Clete is the proud dad of Cali and the Treasurer and Vice President of Cali’s Courage Foundation. After walking alongside Cali through her Williams Syndrome diagnosis, he became deeply committed to creating a source of hope, connection, and practical support for families navigating a similar path. 

As Treasurer and VP, Clete leads the foundation’s vision, strategic partnerships, and fundraising efforts, with a focus on building something that truly serves families in meaningful, tangible ways. He is passionate about bringing people together, raising awareness, and creating opportunities that expand both resources and community for those who need it most.

Professionally, Clete brings a strong background in leadership and relationship-building, which he channels into growing the foundation’s reach and impact. He is also a proud husband and father of two, including Cali and her older brother, Cash, and is deeply driven by the love he has for his family.

At his core, Clete leads with heart, resilience, and purpose, ensuring that everything the foundation does reflects the courage, joy, and spirit that Cali brings into the world.

Jade is Cali’s proud “Aunt” and the Secretary of Cali’s Courage Foundation. She brings both heart and structure to the foundation, helping turn ideas into action and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

As the owner of Elite Exec, Jade is known for her exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage even the most complex schedules with ease. She carries those strengths into her role with the foundation, keeping priorities aligned, timelines on track, and operations running smoothly. She is the steady force behind the scenes, making sure big ideas are supported by thoughtful planning and consistent follow-through.

Jade plays a critical role in maintaining structure and accountability, helping the team stay focused and execute with intention. Her reliability and precision create the foundation needed for meaningful impact.

She is also a proud wife and mom to two beautiful children, and brings that same care, dedication, and love into everything she does for Cali and the families the foundation serves.

Synthia is a passionate child advocate, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to supporting children and families, especially those with special needs and in the foster care system. She is the co-founder of Doublemint Sitting, one of the largest babysitting agencies in Tampa Bay, known for its specialized care for children with diverse needs.

She also co-founded Camp Doublemint, an inclusive childcare program, and co-created the Mighty Mint Series, a children’s book collection focused on inclusion, kindness, and understanding. In addition, she founded Doublemint Cares, a nonprofit supporting vulnerable children and families through advocacy and service.

Synthia brings strong leadership experience from serving on multiple boards and has a deep, personal connection to Cali, having cared for her since she was six months old. Inspired by Cali’s joyful spirit, she is committed to advancing the mission of Cali’s Courage Foundation.
